Secondary HSBOR REALTOR®

Instructions

Secondary REALTOR® members receive the same privileges as Primary REALTORS® but hold primary REALTOR® Membership with another REALTOR® Association.

If you are a REALTOR® of another association and want access to the MLS, please apply for the MLS Only Participant/Subscriber membership on the previous page. Secondary membership is NOT required for MLS access.

If your office is not found in the list below, the Managing/Employing Broker of record according to AREC, must submit an application for the office and themself. If your office is not available, your application will not be approved until the Managing/Employing Broker successfully joins.

Secondary REALTORS® pay annual dues to the Hot Springs Board of REALTORS®. Dues are prorated based on the month you join. If you are an out-of-state REALTOR®, HSBOR may also collect dues for the Arkansas Association of REALTORS®.

Application fees are one-time as long as you remain an active member.
