Instructions

A Primary REALTOR® pays local, state and national dues through this Board and considers HSBOR their primary Association of REALTORS®.

Application fees

New Office Setup – Managing/Employing broker (Broker of record listed with AREC) must complete all new office applications. Associate Brokers are not eligible to add new offices. If your office is not found as you enter your information below, please do not proceed with this application and contact HSBOR staff for assistance at 501.321.2517.

Application fees are one-time as long as you remain an active member.

Monthly Fees

MLS Subscriber $35/month - billed on the 1st of each month to the broker

Annual Fees

$ 561 REALTOR Dues - billed annually on January 1st to the Agent

$150 Sentrilock Dues - billed annually on October 1st to the broker

Dues

Annual Dues are collected when you join and then billed annually. Hot Springs Board of REALTORS® collect your dues on behalf of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Arkansas Association of REALTORS® (ARA). Dues are prorated based on the month you join.
