Application for Affiliate Membership
After submitting your application, a member of our team will contact you with next steps. Once requirements are met, you will receive an invoice. Upon payment, your membership will be activated.
Membership fees for affiliates are prorated quarterly based on the calendar year. An annual fee of $160.00 will be charged every January. Payment is mandatory for the processing of membership applications. Additionally, we encourage our affiliates to participate in our Cans for Kids program, which costs $52.00 and is optional.
Affiliate member benefits include one representative from your company may attend the HSBOR Luncheons at no cost. Other representatives who choose to RSVP will be billed. You will receive an e-mail from HSBOR about when and where the luncheon will be, along with instructions on how to RSVP at that time. We also have an Affiliate tabletop where you can showcase your company. Spots are limited. We ask that you provide an item to be given away at that luncheon.
As an Affiliate Member, you can access our REALTOR® membership roster. (Available upon request) You will be provided with a login and a link to set up a password so that you can read our board notes. Board notes are a great way to keep up with the comings and goings of the association. Our Affiliates are a considerable part of our membership, and we greatly appreciate all they do. HSBOR hosts several events throughout the year that you may join us in, such as Habitat for Humanity, REALTOR® Day, Special Needs Fishing Derby, Annual Agent & Affiliate Baggo Tournament, and much more.
