This application is to be used for a new office setup. Select the office type appropriate for the membership access needed.

REALTOR® Office application fee, for a current HSBOR member is $200

Applications for REALTOR® Office must be submitted by the Broker of record in the firm and the Broker of record must complete an individual application at the same time as this application.

For an MLS-Only office, the application fee is $370
