MLS Caravan is one of the best ways for REALTORS® to stay connected while staying informed about what’s on the market. Agents gather at the HSBOR office on the 1st and 2nd Wednesday of the month (with a few exceptions) to enjoy lunch at 11:00 AM, then hit the road at noon to tour active listings together. The Caravan Committee Chair posts a tour sheet in advance, and agents leave at the designated time to view the selected properties. It’s a great opportunity to network, preview homes for clients, and stay up to date on the latest listings. And of course, there’s one important rule everyone knows: if you have to use your windshield wipers, there is no caravan! 🌧️🚗
