This course includes:

Compliance When Using AI Tools (6 Credit Hours)
This comprehensive course explores how artificial intelligence (AI) can be used in real estate while ensuring regulatory compliance and ethical best practices. Through six modules, participants will learn about current AI tools, their real-world applications, and the legal responsibilities Arkansas licensees must uphold when using these technologies.

Hands-on activities, case studies, and Arkansas-specific regulatory references are incorporated throughout to reinforce learning. By the end of the course, agents and brokers will be equipped to responsibly integrate AI into their business in ways that improve efficiency while remaining compliant with Arkansas Real Estate Commission (AREC) rules and applicable laws.

Real Estate Safety (1 Credit Hour)
This required course satisfies the annual safety requirement and focuses on best practices for protecting yourself in the field.

IMPORTANT LICENSING INFORMATION:

Licensees must complete 7 hours of continuing education annually to renew an active license for the upcoming calendar year.

• Renewal deadline: September 30 (to avoid penalty)
• Late renewals after September 30 will incur a penalty
• Licenses not renewed by December 31 will expire January 1

Note: Commission Regulation 11.4 does not allow one course to be used for both continuing education and pre-licensing education.

ATTENDANCE POLICY:

To receive CE credit, attendees must be present for the full duration of the class.

• Leaving at any time other than the scheduled lunch break will result in no credit awarded
