COURSE STRUCTURE:
The day will begin with a combined session for all brokers and agents.
Brokers will then break out for their required broker-specific training.

2025 AREC CE REQUIREMENTS

Track 1 – Principal Brokers & Executive Brokers
✔ 1-hour Required Safety Course
✔ 3-hour Required Broker Supervision and Agency
✔ 3-hour Elective Course

Track 2 – Salespersons
✔ 3-hour Required Agency Representation & Compensation
✔ 3-hour Elective Course
✔ 1-hour Required Safety Course

Associate Brokers may choose either track. Track 1 is recommended for those pursuing supervising roles.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
⚠️ Salespersons are NOT permitted to take the Broker Supervision course.
⚠️ Brokers may attend the Salesperson course for informational purposes only (no CE credit given).
