I have been in the real estate industry for since I was 19 years old, by renting my homes.  I have my master's in nursing and retired in 2022 to become fulltime in real estate.  When choosing a realtor, I think it is very important to choose one that is full-time with a lot of personal and professional experience in buying and selling.
